Love the location it’s so nice and quiet love the very. The host Jim is amazing he went out of his way to make it a great stay for us We enjoyed ourself and our talks with jim we booked four a weekend a month later already looking forward to the next time it will be soon. There was actually more than I expected.
There was actually more than I expected. They have a Roscoe Village to walk around with restaurants etc.. we went originally because of the Coshocton Sunflower Festival come to find out they actually have fall festivals etc. We are planning another trip to come backAAnonymousUnited States - 6.0Scored 6.0
I went there for family reasons.
I went there for family reasons. The best things about Coshocton are Roscoe Village and Lake Park and the surrounding countryside, which is beautiful. The town itself has seen better days and downtown is sad so don't spend any time there if you can help it.

They were friendly, had fresh baked cookies waiting for us at the front desk, and had directions to our volleyball tournament already printed and ready to go. They told us that even though breakfast opened up at 7, we were allowed to be in there early if we needed to and they could likely accomodate us. I'm not sure I've ever stayed in a property for my kids' sporting events that made us feel more welcome.KimberlyUnited States

My room was cleaned ever day by Debbie. The manager and her team always went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed to make my stay comfortable.
