It was very convenient, clean and owner supplies everything you need. The owners live upstairs. I stayed on the ground floor and was able to let my dog into the fenced yard.

Kay was exceptional !!! She recommended a great restaurant, helped us with the pool/hot tub, and helped us with some baseball tickets for the next day. Very capable, amazing and pleasant.
Also, your breakfast lady was very helpful and pleasant.

It was disgusting!
The bedding was dirty with cigarette burn holes in the duvet, the shirts were not changed.
The shower had black mold in the grout. The poor old guy they had cleaning the rooms did try to fix things, he brought new shirts, and bedding, and a jug of bleach so I could clean the shower.
But I would never recommend staying there.

We left a day earlier than planned because of the extremely poor conditions.
When we left, the person behind the registration window cheerfully refunded our money for the night that we did not stay - that was the only positive thing about the entire 2-day stay

I grew up there.
I grew up there. Iconic sea food and Italian(Twin Oaks, dozens of places.) The best grinders in New England (Dees.) Close proximity to the beach, Foxboro (Patriots,) Fenway, Logan and Green airports. Good shopping close by-large Italian and Greek Fests, close proximity to apple orchards, pumpkin fest, etc.
Our host, Marvin, was very helpful, polite, and welcoming. We appreciated that the location was very convenient to our family planned entertainment at Roger Williams Zoo. We also thought the amenities that were provided such as organic teas, coffee maker, condiments and even paper towels were a nice touch and above and beyond what might be expected.
