Getting around Crystal Lake was very easy.
Getting around Crystal Lake was very easy. We ate at Chen's Chinese Cuisine and it was some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. People in Crystal Lake are very friendly. It was a nice change from Arizona. Got to see beautiful fall colors.

The overall stay at the hotel exceeded my expectation. I would prefer the breakfast be included in the hotel cost. I didn’t like paying a separate cost for a breakfast buffet. The breakfast was great but I didn’t get my money worth.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10
We only stayed one night.
We only stayed one night. We were there for a funeral, so we weren't looking for nightlife or things to do. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room though it could use some updating. All things considered a great value for the money.

This hotel is in a great location for restaurants and entertainment. There are great amenities at the hotel. It is modern and feels high-end without the price. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great romantic getaway.

Room wasn't ready at 3, had to wait 30 min before we could even check in. Small pool and cold. No free breakfast was included. Booking com said it would be. I will never use booking com again, or go back to that hotel. It was over priced and nothing special.

Requested two rooms that were either adjoining or next to each other and we did get adjoining which makes it easier when there's 5 adults in our family. The location of the hotel is very near all sorts of restaurants and shopping which is convenient. Would stay here again.

It is somewhat older but adequate. The rooms were clean and they provided room service everyday unlike many other places who still hide behind the Covid excuse. A hot breakfast was available every day. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Will stay there again when I visit family.
