Home was appointed like a four star hotel but with a full kitchen to boot. We were three family's (12 total) and had plenty of room the three bathrooms helped a bunch. A winter storm (three ft. of snow) kept us indoors most of the time, of course. But not the kids. Dorrington is a good location from which to visit the Big Trees National Park. We would also have liked to visit Alpine Lake but did not have time. Great wine tasting at Indian Rock on the way up through Murphys.
