It was clean & well maintained. Room service requested did a great job cleaning. I checked the mattress & they had no major stains. The bathroom also seemed cleaned. When I passed my disinfecting wipes I mostly just got minor dust.

My sister and my mother had breakfast and they loved it. I had some waffles and a sandwich which was in my opinion the best breakfast sandwich I have had. The room was clean and so was the other areas of the facility including the pool and the parking lot.

Duarte's internationally known cancer and diabetes medical center 'City of Hope' is worth a visit even if you are not a patient or family member. We were attending a conference; and in our free time, we enjoyed the campus-like grounds and a good reasonably priced restaurant.

Treated like a criminal.
Treated like a criminal. They don't speak fluent English so perhaps that was the problem but I don't believe so. I told them upon check in to add another day, when we called them for a check in time we also confirmed the addition of another day, gave them my credit card. Was in an accident on the 2nd day and my Mom called them. When I arrived back at the hotel they said I hadn't paid for a 2nd day and I was to leave immediately and go somewhere else. I tried to reason with them, my mom called them, it took several hours of going back and forth for absolutely no good reason, I was already upset from being in the accident, my truck was totalled and now these folks wanted to give me a hard time without provocation. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life, words cannot explain what they put me through.

There was no stay start got an attitude and was very rude afterwards I would not recommend this hotel to anybody in fact I'm going to make a complaint to days inn corporate office clerk doesn't right you cancel a reservation cuz she doesn't like the look on your face she sucks and is a bad representative for days inn
It wasn’t their fault but the breakfast that was included and pool were unavailable during my stay. I had children with me so that meant another thing on the todo list in the mornings and more money out of pocket. They did give me $20 off which paid for one breakfast out. And we went to another family members hotel to swim. Then I went to use the guest laundry which was a washer and dryer set out on the patio and covered in dirt from being outside. It worked fine. It just wasn’t the most inviting.
This hotel ended up being far above my expectations. It was a hidden gem, the hotel was tucked away from the busy streets with still being walking distance to So many places to dine a huge shopping center, and as for my room I was checked in to the hotels smallest room accommodations a queen size room but it still felt spacious everything was so clean and the rooms decor was perfect.
Recently renovated very large hotel room with gigantic tv, large bathroom with shower/tub and view of the mountains from a window that opens! Small but decent workout space and equipment. Pool & jacuzzi. Complimentary coffee. Ample complimentary parking. Great location for our family visits around the Pasadena, Arcadia, Azusa areas.
