Sesuit House suited my needs. I was just on the Cape to celebrate my niece's 50th birthday, so I just needed a place to sleep for the night. The room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. I LOVED having the bottle of water and the bucket of ice; I was extra thirsty after being out in the sun all day. A couple of things barely worth mentioning: The sink did not drain very well. The caulking between the tub and the floor was unsightly. The little creamer cups for coffee must have been out of date; I wound up with curdles in my coffee. On the whole, the outside of the place looked like it could benefit from a fresh coat of paint...not all white. But would I stay here again? Yes!

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. But the room was incredibly musty and not clean. Walls had stains and table was not even wiped down. Dave was very nice but the hotel needs a complete rehab.

Our room was quaint and comfortable. The owners and staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area and gave us recommendations which we appreciated . Breakfast and afternoon home bakes were outstanding.
