We were looking for a place just to lay our head for the nights. I usually judge a motel by the shower and I liked the shower.

I’d suggest others request rooms in areas for adults only if they don’t want to be kept awake by loud, unsupervised children. It didn’t occur to me that parents would leave several children unsupervised in a hotel while they either used facilities or left the building. I didn’t sleep well

Lobby was nice and pool room was great.

Lobby was nice and pool room was great. Very safe hotel actually used key card for all doors except the front lobby doors. Only dislike was rooms were very outdated, they were clean just did not reflect the rest of the hotel. Location was super, shopping and eating all within a mile.

I was in town for an event being held on-site at the hotel, and it served very well for that purpose. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are very much in line with my expectations for a suburban hotel geared toward business and conference trade, nothing exceptionally fancy, but well-suited to my needs. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location for business travelers, or anyone needing lodging in the Cincy east area.

My family and several extended family members stayed at this hotel for a family reunion. My room wasn't clean like I expected. The mattress on the fold out sofa bed had large stains. There were no linens for the sofa bed either. We had 3 in our room but they only had two small towels in the bathroom. There was only decaf coffee. We had to go to the front desk to request request regular coffee and extra towels. The bathtub had some hair in it and didn't look like it was cleaned very well from the visitors before us. The mattress on the king size bed was hard and uncomfortable. When I realized there weren't any linens for the sofa bed, I called the front desk and asked if someone could bring some up. I was told no, because that person was the only one working. I went down to the front desk and was given a sheet and a blanket (no comforter) The man working told me that "We don't stock linens for the sofa bed in the rooms because there isn't enough space - also it isn't cost effective. We are an economy hotel". (even though there were empty drawers and a closet in the room with ample space for linens). I paid over $100 dollars for the room. You'd think it wouldn't cost much to put a sheet and a blanket in the room. And last but not least, there was only one front desk staff person that was friendly to us. She was a younger lady and had an accent . I can't remember her name but she was working when we arrived Saturday, 9/07 late morning. The other front desk people weren't friendly at all.

Already stated disappointment with breakfast access, and lack of room cleaning after our first night.. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable and we would return if we needed a room in the same area, again.

I came to Cincy for an event at a nearby venue, so I didn't actually spend a lot of time in my room. Basically, I needed a clean, comfortable place to come back to, to shower and sleep, and my room served that purpose admirably. The room was well-appointed for business travel, with a coffee maker (which I didn't use, 'cuz I never acquired a taste for coffee), ironing board, mini-fridge, and microwave. Not extremely fancy, but not bare-bones, either. The amenities were in line with my expectations, based on the rate. One minor quibble was an issue with the power strip for the micro, TV, and fridge; it took a little finagling to power it on, and the issue seemed to be related to the wall socket, rather than the power strip itself; it was a minor inconvenience, and I was able to make it work for the duration of my stay. I mentioned this upon checkout, and the desk clerk made a note for their maintenance staff. On the whole, I found my stay quite satisfactory; as I said, not luxurious, but not miserable, either. It was a good value for the money, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel for either business or personal travel.
