staff was great. Rooms were very clean. Location was great. Value was great. Quiet. Good A/C. Parking was perfect, right out the door. The area was safe. Lots to do and see in the area. Oh, the coffee in the office was really good! Better than we've had at much more expensive hotels.
Not having to pay for a 'free continental breakfast' and, instead keeping the rate low is a smart thing. Most of those are not worth eating at the name brand motel chains, anyway.

Fantastic area to visit. Loved all the quirky shops and restaurants. My favorite was the Owl Cafe In Apalachicola. Excellent food and ambiance!
We went in October and the weather was great and hardly anyone there.
