A lot of the shops were closed because of time of year.
A lot of the shops were closed because of time of year. The art galleries were excellent! One in downtown and the Twisted Fish outside of town. Some nice restaurants especially Pearls (a louisiana cajun restaurant) ; which you should make reservations for because of popularity. Nice small downtown area. I had to cancel my reservation the morning of the stay.
I had to cancel my reservation the morning of the stay. Although I cancelled in the morning, way before my check in time the manager would not stop payment and billed me for my stay. I asked to speak to the property owners to explain I had a family emergency and would not be able to stay, yet the manager refused to give me their contact info. I would not recommend to anyone stay here.
