Quaint village and nearby to fishing and rafting. The snow capped mountains in the backdrop snd friendly locals plus more importantly the spectacular drive from West Yellowstone make a visit to Ennis a must.

A beautiful log cabin type accommodation near a forest area.
A beautiful log cabin type accommodation near a forest area. The rooms are very clean and as I did see a large BUCK on the road coming in late at night the art in the room was especially appreciated.
Clean, friendly staff, comfy bed.
Walking distance to downtown Ennis. Coffee shop, ice cream shop and grocery store within walking distance or short drive. Quiet neighborhood directly behind motel was great for morning walks or runs. Each unit had two chairs outside the room which we used to enjoy morning coffee with a great mountain view! We were very happy with our stay!
we were headed to Roy UT and decided to stay here to break up out trip. the room was very nice and seemed to be well maintained. the thru-the-wall heating / cooling unit was fairly noisy and seemed to fluctuate on and off all night. the town of Ennis had good shopping and beautiful sights
As usual, Sportsman's Lodge was a great getaway! Hubby and I live about 100 miles away from Ennis; and come to "see the gang" every couple months. Its not just to spend the night, tho....the restaurant has the BEST chicken-fried steak! We'll be back in August!
The whole experience was great. The staff was so helpful and the view from the window were great! The restaurant on the property was all fresh ingredients and locally sourced. Ennis has some great features for half the price of staying closer to Yellowstone
I made a last minute reservation and they provided me with a nice room that was clean and quiet. It was very close to restaurants downtown (a 15 minute walk) Ennis. Overall, the value was very good, especially for being last minute.
It was what we needed for our stay in Ennis. We understand that ownership changed not long ago and anticipate that some updating is in the plan. All in all very nice (mattress was comfortable) but some updating will help.
This was a disappointment considering what was charged for the hotel. The location was okay but not great, with quite a bit of traffic noise. Very ordinary stay with nothing memorable about it.
Very nice hotel in a very nice little country town. Owners were very friendly. Food in town was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of sockets for gadgets. Very clean.
We arrived at 12:00pm soaking wet on our motorcycles. We asked if we could check in before 3;00pm. It was no problem for the hotel. Fantastic service. The rooms are spotless.
