The check in was terrible!
The check in was terrible! There was 3 hotel staff members upon my check in: one African American male (50's), one foreign male(30's) & one female white(50's). The African American male and the female was so into assisting a guest of a matter hours old, opposed to assisting with new guest. That would be spending new revenue!The foreign staffer was the only one working. None of the staff had name tags. However there was approximately 6 people including myself that had to wait for check in. Why? This was truly tiring and shameful. What is worse two of the staff members weren't millennial. The professionalism was truly sad! NEEDED ASAP: Non slip strips & hand railing(s) in the shower. I myself slipped in the shower! Guest in room 149 also experienced some issue while bathing during the same date of visiting The hot water has low temperature! An insulation of some sort is NEEDED in the walls where the side door is adjacent to room 101!!!! The elevator & side entrance very noisy! During my overnight stay all I heard was the elevator going up & down, side entrance slamming an or the guest throughout the night up and down the hallway. This was a terrible, terrible experience! "I strongly encourage management stay in room 101 overnight to share the experience; on a Friday & Saturday night!!!!!!!"AUnited States of America
