It was clean & accessible to everything that was offered at the National Harbor. I would like to recognize the housekeeper that service my room because she went above & beyond expectations. I will definitely stay again at this property. I would also like to recognize the two ladies that checked us out & the one that searched for a guest services attendant to help me with my luggage & lastly the attendant showed up promptly at my departure with a cheerful attitude & muscles. Thanks to all the staff for a very pleasant stay at your hotel & I can’t wait to return.

The staff was friendly, pleased to find there was a food court however its VERY pricey. The casino looked clean and unlike many other casinos did not smell of cigarettes. We however did not gamble.
