It was for a overnight in transit and wish I'd booked elsewhere. But the breakfast coffee was amazing. The beds comfortable. Shower better than some I'd stayed in.

ok, this is two stars hotel, so the expectations start there, but it was really proper or more. Clean, with kind staff, super comfy beds, fridge, some green outside the window. The contact with staff was super easy, they were proactive and responsive to questions we had

I really appreciated the fact that there was a shuttle, so kudos! The hotel was quiet enough and my room was clean and comfortable. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a Portillo's restaurant and a McDonald's. Breakfast in the morning was great! I was terribly exhausted from a long flight so I was able to rest well here.

Very clean, lots of amenities, healthy food available in the lobby, gym was also good for hotel. Bed was really comfy and room was massive. Free coffee was a nice touch.

    As 2 foreign women arriving in Chicago after midnight, I specifically booked this hotel for the airport pick-up. I enclosed my flight details on the booking as directed. No one met us at the airport, and the lady at reception was very rude and told us to find a taxi, even though we had no numbers or internet. I asked to speak to the manager, she was not available but I was assured that she would ring or email me - she did not. I emailed her on 9th November, but I still have not received a response. The following morning, the man on reception told me that he could see my arrival details and pick-up request on their computer system! I am unhappy that 1. I was stranded in a foreign country after midnight. 2. The hotel receptionist was rude and would not help us. 3. I had to pay for a taxi despite sending my arrival details. 4. There was no contact from the hotel management. 5. There has been not response to my complaint

    This property met our needs for a one-night stay on our way...

    This property met our needs for a one-night stay on our way to a business meeting. It is a typical, older property, so expect that, but had nice fresh paint, clean and attractive bedding, plenty of towels/wash cloths. Friendly front desk staff. Easy access to Hwy and main roads. We recommend it.
