Frisco is a quiet village on the southern part of Hattaras island (NC outer banks). There are a lot of great places to eat close by plus to grocery stores which has everything you would need. It is close to the light-house and the ferry to Ocracoke. If you want a quiet family friendly get away to unwind and relax. Then this is the place for you.

Many of the little towns on the outer banks close up early.

Many of the little towns on the outer banks close up early. We were late arrivals and had a hard time finding a place to eat that was open. The kitchen at the restaurant we visited closed at 8. We barely made it. Several travelers came in and were disappointed that they couldn't get dinner. Frisco is laid back and quiet and a nice town.
