Even though this is a private hotel and not a chain it is certainly something that will offer fabulous alternative for consistent cleanliness with excellent beds, lovely lobby and great breakfast alternatives with evening hot beverages and cookies available for free (example nice selection teas) There are lovely keurigs in the room for early morning use with very comfortable beds and excellent pillows. In the king room there is a nice couch for sitting and doing business work on as well as a business table. The bathrooms are well stocked with lovely thick towels. My main goal was being close to the airport with excellent shuttle system and they were fantastic about that. I use them continually for business and now will be using them as my go-to for all my Airport trips coming and going. The staff is very friendly and is able to help with any questions You may have. There is a Applebee's across the parking lot if you want to walk otherwise there are several excellent alternatives with doordash.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was hot and tasty, quiet. Clean and accommodating. It was the standard holiday Inn express. Which I have never had a poor experience as far as this stuff goes.
Featuring 2 restaurants, this modern Billings hotel is adjacent to Western Heritage Center. Yellowstone Art Museum is less than 10 minutes’ walk away. Luxury linens and free Wi-Fi are in each room.

Shower had tiles falling off, shower head did not work, had a hard time with the heater and the door looked like it had been broken down a few times.

Didn't like anything at all. The hotel was dirty, infested with bedbugs, & didn't accommodate to reimburse for the horrible stay! Had to move 3 times in one hour from check in cuz all room had problems. An I didn't even get what I paid for!

The bathtub required cleaning prior to use, I took a picture of the BLACK that came up on a towel as I was attempting to see if it was just stained. GROSS -
Garbage was outside of a room for over 24 hours.
Smudges on mirror there when checked in and out.
