The hotel's location, cleanliness, and overall appearance are expected of the Holiday Inn Brand; however, I was accidentally charged almost 680.00 extra by the young lady who checked us in. Thankfully, it was all taken care of promptly.

    Wonderful Mexican restaurant on the lake.

    Wonderful Mexican restaurant on the lake. Don Jose love the atmosphere and the staff is amazing. They work together to make your experience there great. Very friendly. Nice to see them enjoy what they do. Definitely recommend. The food is good. I ask for just veggies and they took care of me. Lots of shopping in Sebring and plenty of other restaurants and easy to get around. The Seven hotel at Sebring amazing experience if you our a race fan we definitely recommend. Enjoyed our stay in Sebring!

    I go to Sebring to visit my grandparents but its location is...

    I go to Sebring to visit my grandparents but its location is great as everything I have visited (Orlando, Florida Wild, Gatorama, Sanibel island, The Ringling Museum and Bok Towers to name a few) has been within a few hours drive from here.

    The front desk staff gives the first positive image of the Hotel. The waitresses of the restaurant, the houseskipping and other hotel workers are really friendly, repentant and willing to provide the best service. You can eat at the hotel or go out a few miles to eat somewhere in the relative nearby entity 27.

    The hotel was in a great location of the racetrack.

    The hotel was in a great location of the racetrack. There was nobody to help with your luggage. The girl behind the desk was not smiling or friendly. I called the day before to confirm the reservation and was told the room would be ready at 12 noon. We arrived at 1:30pm and the room was not ready. And the elevators were way to slow. The ice machine on our floor (4) did not work. Had to go down to the next floor to find ice. When we went to check out the man in front of us had a video of bugs in his couch in his room and showed the girl at the desk and she did nothing and was trying not to laugh. Unacceptable behavior.
