Spent my anniversary there & stayed in the King room W/ jacuzzi, then stayed another night. The View from our bedroom window was really pretty aswell. We also had dinner @ crossroads downstairs at the Bar/Restaurant, it was delicious and very nice atmosphere for me sad and overall had a great weekend definitely would recommend it! 🥰👍😉

But room are clean … The shuttle experience is a huge mess with waiting time more than an hour spent at the airport, no shuttle next morning even if they took more than 20 min to scheduled one, no help for anything, no bills at the end either by computer or paper even when I asked etc No place to eat

The Acme grocery store next to the Kenilworth hotel is excellent. People seemed to be very friendly. I needed to pick up some items from the Walmart about 2 miles away, easy drive, and it was a great experience. It was clear that it was a perplexing situation and they were handling it gracefully. At both check-in and check-out, the staff were professional and courteous. The hotel appears to have been updated. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Personally, I would stay here again for an overnight. I called the hotel and they arranged a car using Lyft. Within 10 minutes there was a car from Lyft and problem soved. My room was nice, big and very clean. I couldn't open the window to get some fresh air in but further than that, it was good. I missed a restaurant in this hotel.
