Perfect location tucked away from the main road and yet just minutes from the beach. Room was exceptional with a view that took your breath away. The staff was very friendly and helpful in any way we needed. I am already excited about staying there again.

The location was very convenient — however the space was extremely outdated. The photos were deceiving, although there were two buildings and maybe one has been updated? We were given minimal pillows and towels and the tub and toilet were so loud we could hear the neighbors.
Good location for the price but definitely a budget hotel.

The day of check in the 20th i called to let them know it would be 8pm driving from st.louis mo
After 3 hours of nobody answering the phone 68 to 80 rings each call a smart mouth woman said that i went thru 3rd party and my reservation was on put on hold after confirmed they price gouged people who were going on cruise. I will post this on every social platform known. Wouldnt recommend to a dog plus charged my credit card with no permission. Frauds

The lobby was elegant and our room was spacious and comfortable. Our room was clean. All of the staff was friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful. We went to the bar and the ladies wanted hot tea. They were given hot tea in tea pots. Lovely

The island is beautiful and designed for relaxation. We did not golf but it is big there. There are many rules on the island which my friend did not like and she thought the people were uppity. We only had bikes and you really do need a car to get groceries and in case of rain. You will get stuck there without transportation. Also since we did not have a car, I did not print the pass that was sent to us by our Airbnb host. We took a Lyft to Kiawah and had to pay a $20 entrance fee to the island. Had we taken an Uber or printed out the car pass, we could have avoided this fee. We were not told about that. Such a beautiful place. Quiet and safe. The parks are nice and just strolling through the island is wonderful. We enjoyed the beach and going for ice-cream treats. Having a grocery store on Kiawah was super helpful.

The beach was fantastic!
The beach was fantastic! This place is just a very short walk to the beach and no beach pass was necessary, nor was there a fee to go to the beach. It is near a small village called Fresh Fields, which was where we ate most of our meals, because any other restaurants were far away. But there was enough variety for the three days and nights we were there. Folly Beach was fun, too, with plenty of restaurants, and a walk to the lighthouse is a must. Gorgeous beaches there, too. Three to four nights is perfect. You need a car to get around.

Beautiful place!
Beautiful place! A unique experience, being a gated, planned community with no commercial development on the island itself. A very quiet, peaceful place with lots of vegetation, great network of bike trails and beautiful beaches. You can bike on the beach which is fun, and there is almost no traffic. Shopping center just 10 minutes from the front gate with everything you need and more. Very clean and well-kept place, we spent 3 days there and I didn't see any trash on the trails or beaches. It does have a "country club" feel which took getting used to but overall we enjoyed it quite a bit.

The property is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the beach and only a 10 minute drive to a grocery and shops. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend trip with 4 kids all under 10. The beaches feel semi private since there is no street parking near the access bridges. The houses near this property are unbelievable. So over the top we thought we were going to spot a celebrity on their balcony or taking a walk through the neighborhood.
