The area was cute and comfortable. We liked that the rooms are spaced out from the others.

Clean, Quiet, friendly. Food was decent. Beds could be softer...but then I have a bad back. Loved that there was a starbucks in the lounge.

We all loved the breakfast!! Something to eat for sure! The pool was warm enough for my kiddos and the noise level was almost mute very respectful.

The check-in was super easy with a very personable and competent gentleman, possibly the owner. There's a definite sense of pride of ownership here, unlike the many other hotels I frequently have to use.. The rooms and bathroom are a good size, well cleaned, and nicely updated with marble tile and an actual bathtub. A complementary continental breakfast is included with the room price. Ample parking and a Dunkin Donuts and 24 hour Sheetz are within walking distance.
This was definitely one of my better stays in quite some time.
Location is ideal, lots of great family restaurants. Cute town used this hotel to attend Oley antique motorcycle meet. I used to stay in reading. Now I found this location to be much better. There are about 10 spots to park trailed vehicles. Great back roads to oley. Breakfast was very good!!
Nothing. The entire hotel smelled like Marijuana. The person at the front desk was smoking it. There was no desk clerk to be found when you needed them. I tried calling them cuz my key didn't work and when I finally got a hold of her she came out of a room where she was sleeping.
The hotel was exceptionally clean the the staff very friendly and helpful. The location close to the university was convenient, and it was nice to find out that a fraction of the money paid for the hotel accommodations is set aside for scholarships at the university.
The room seems OK, clean. The bed is good. The breakfast did exist, even if, well, extremely limited, but so are my requirements.
The water pressure in the shower is good.
The hotel is closer to Renningers than other comparably priced ones.
The front desk staff ladies were both very professional and friendly. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was easily accessible from Route 222 with little to no traffic nearby.
The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is ideal if you are having business obligations in Kutztown/Lyon/Fleetwood, the selection of food is satisfactory.
