The front staff was nice however the maid service was rude.
The front staff was nice however the maid service was rude. Check out is at 11 and she banged on our door at five minutes till 11 vigorously and YELLED check outs at 11. We said we’re coming out in a few minutes and she kept banging on the door until we answered it just to yell at us that check out was 11. It was very unprofessional and rude. The room was fairly clean but there were multiple giant and small burn holes in the comforter which I don’t understand because the room is non-smoking? The place itself is very filthy, and trash is abundant on the grounds. With that being said, I might stay there again because the bar and Grill was the highlight of our trip. The wait staff and karaoke were excellent. If your expectations are low, then I would recommend staying there. It’s a place to lay your head. If you’re looking for comfort and amenities of the room, this is not the place for you. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were small and we needed at least one more.AngeliqueUnited States of America
