We came into town for an event at the Stadium. Yes, it's a short drive to get downtown, but WELL worth it to stay here. Breakfast was great and bed was absolutely comfy.

The pictures online make the hotel look much better.
The pictures online make the hotel look much better. In fact it is worn and needing repairs. Carpet is frayed and torn. our shower had holes where the grab bars should have been. Our bathroom sink didn't drain. Although our second floor windows opened which was great, the screens were torn. The breakfast was supposed to run for several hours but when we arrived at 8:00am, the food options were minimal. Everything was empty - eggs, fruit, bread/bagels, OJ, forks....and no one was there to replenish or tidy up. I asked the front desk for more eggs which then took another 20 minutes to be brought out. We stayed for only one night which was our plan. I would not return or recommend this place in the future.

We were here for 5 nights to help with and attend our daughter's wedding. The location off of Hwy35 and Kenyon Rd made it a very easy to get to anywhere we wanted. We thought Lakeville was a nice little town and active.all storefronts occupied. The wedding venue was at the Tattersall Distillery in downtown Minneapolis. An artistic district. Lakeville was very nice to visit and is an easy drive to all the surrounding towns....only 20 minutes from the MSP airport. We ate at Harry's, Giuseppe:s, and a small brewery bar in downtown Lakeville. The Baymont Wyndham had a hot breakfast each a.m. and was next door to a Cracker Barrel.
The breakfast was just what I wanted for selection since I had not traveled for some time and the lady in charge kept everything clean and neat and replenished what needed. I had not had a bagel for some time so really savored and
like I said the selection was perfect. My room was spotless. If I had one thing that I did not like to see were the
dogs that were allowed and yes I like dogs but not in the hotel and one man had two HUGE dogs smelling of my
clothes as they walked by and I really don't like that. just my comment. Thanks
The room was had great finishes, loved the full kitchen even if we did not need it this stay. The snack area - all of the selection along with the pricing- exceeded my expectations.
The only semi complaint was how loud the air conditioner was. And, there was a strange ongoing flash from a ceiling device - guessing it was a type of safety detector, however flashed ongoing and made it challenging to fall asleep.
The beds - bed, pillows and bedding- were exceptional.
It was awesome to have the ability to travel with our pet.
Very clean, well-appointed room with kitchen and comfortable beds, good internet speed, free laundry, nice outdoor grill area, well-appointed pantry with fresh coffee 24/7 and exceptional customer service led by responsive management… I’ve worked in the industry, so when I say my expectations are exceeded, it’s not a small thing. The GM Mitch goes out of his way to address any issues and always follows up with you if you need anything.
first off when checking in they gave you a free gift bag with water and snacks. little things like that make me happy. there was coffee, water, even baked coookies you could just get for free. breakfast was excellent. love the roasted potatoes. staff was super friendly. such a clean hotel had trash bins everywhere. bathroom lighting was amazing for doing makeup. shower was very clean. beds were really comfortable.
I live in Mpls, but went to a party at the golf course and didn't want to drink and drive.
the breakfast sounded great, but I slept through it. I wanted some breakfast though :)
I love the remodeled upbeat colors of decor. Usually hotels are plain neutral colors and I like all the pops of color in the rooms.
We liked the convenience of having the water park area at the hotel for our granddaughter and her parents to use while we were visiting them for a week. Also the restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent with very friendly staff
Front staff was pleasant upon check in/out. The room was nicely updated and clean - Quite for a weekend - The Pet area was awesome on the backside of the property. Front staff was pleasant upon check in/out.
Location is great and easy to find. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was great and rooms were spacious. We had 3 kids with ages ranging from 5-10, very kid/family friendly!
