The breakfast was standard, but the food was good and fresh The room was very clean, no bugs, dirt, hair, mold or stains. The room smelled good, as did the lobby and elevator. We stayed one night, checked in late and left early the next day, so I can't comment on the pool or exercise room. This hotel is located in just the right area for us to stop on our way , and we'll stay there everytime we make this trip.
EXCELLENT value for the money!

Good proximity to freeway and restaurants.
Good proximity to freeway and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, shower had plenty of hot water, breakfast was good with something for everyone. The breakfast area was clean and kept stocked but, housekeeping in our room needed to step-up their game. The room was musty and the floors needed a good cleaning.

Lebanon is just fine to visit.
Lebanon is just fine to visit. If your going to the fair and staying at a hotel, look down onto 40 before taking that route. Its only a couple minute drive unless you come to stopped traffic. I-40 is clearly visible from the bridge in the area where most of the hotels are located. The other route takes about 15 minutes and you can see where your destination is most of the time, you just cant get there from here until you make all the turns and wait on the lights lol.

Strange community. Serious whiff of hillbilly in the air.
Strange community. Serious whiff of hillbilly in the air. For a community only 30 minutes from Nashville, makes me think that Nashville is Tennessee, and only a few select suburbs are nice. The others are where locals live out their lives in mediocre surroundings.

Location and price were great, and It was quiet for being right off the main road and close to the highway.
The room was clean, however, the remote to the tv was missing the back piece to hold the batteries in so you had to hold it just right to use it and the sink drained very slowly.
Some staff were more friendly than others.
An the free continental breakfast didn’t have very many choices as some other hotels I’ve stayed at.

If you are looking for great rooms and pleasant staff stay somewhere else because it is not the place for you. All of the staff must be family because they do not speak English I believe they are from India. So huge language barrier also the younger lady at the front desk has a real attitude.

Lebanon is an ok place, not much to see.
Lebanon is an ok place, not much to see. We were there to take care of some business. Great place to stay if you are going into Nashville and want a more affordable lodging. Glad we had GPS as we aren't super familiar with the area. Would not stay at the Comfort Suites though, I would stay at Avid hotel an exit down as it was really a lot nicer.
This is a great hotel for cheap price, comfortable bed. DO NOT walk on the floors without shoes. The floor is laminate which was nice, but it hadn't been cleaned probably ever. I couldn't figure out how to use the shower and was too tired to call front desk. And the remote didn't turn the volume up and down so that meant doing it from the TV, which wasn't that big of a deal.
Other than that. It was fine for that quick sleep to hit the road. Just keep ur shoes on walking on the floor.
I must say that I do not give reviews very often but I feel as though this hotel and it's staff needed a review for me because of the excellence that this hotel has. The staff was extremely helpful in every way possible help me book rooms at a cheaper price than third party people. The breakfast was extremely good and the overall stay was excellent as well if you are going through Lebanon Tennessee I would definitely recommend La Quinta inn over any other one near there
Second time here and the staff is always very friendly. I love that they allow pets and are always so pleasant. The room was nice and clean. I love that rewards members get a later check out if needed. We had bought a new crate for our dog before the trip. There was a big box it came in that we needed to dispose of when leaving. Instead of just telling us where to take it the staff offered to take it for us. It was very thoughtful and appreciated.

EXCELLENT value for the money!
Jim at the front desk was friendly to our kids, the staff we interacted with in other parts of the hotel were kind and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, and we slept well. We enjoyed the space. This was the important part.
Breakfast was nice, standard Continental style, with waffles. There was fruit available, which was important for me.
I would stay here again.
You honestly get want you pay for! If you’re expecting a 5 star hotel for a motel price. You need to lower your expectations. The breakfast was fine, the room was fine. For the price the hotel was serviceable and served it’s purpose
The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. In the morning, the housekeeping staff was quiet so that is always a bonus. The breakfast buffet was extensive and tasted amazing!! I would absolutely recommend this hotel!
This was a beautiful place to stay. The hotel is newer and our room exceeded our expectations. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The staff were very personable and friendly.
We liked the staff in the hotel, they are very attentive and friendly. Their level of service is very good. It is good to have the opportunity for doing laundry there.
The breakfast was good. But it felt like the one thing the hotel knew it needed to be decent at considering the overall impression. The soap bar was a nice scent.
Complete kitchen; ie stove, full size refrigerator, table with two chairs. I visit my son in Lebanon, to and I plan on using this hotel again my next stay.
