Our second time staying here! Monica (?) helped make sure I got the correct room! Loved the spiral staircase to the room... Also hated the spiral staircase to the room! Looks great, but need to be careful using it, especially in the dark.
This property overlooks the Saco River and is within a 20-minute drive of North Conway, which features shopping and dining. The rooms include microwaves and refrigerators.

It was very nice. The hosts were great! Very sweet family!!
It was a quick overnight stay and very convenient for me being close to family and all.
I got into my room, the lights were on and the TV was on. It didn't feel like I had to figure anything out. They know how to treat folks coming in late. I even had a couple phone calls checking on me, before I arrived.

Dulce Johnson, Front Office Operations Manager was not only professional, but a natural at Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills and compassionate about our disappointment in the facility.
We stopped in the following morning, hoping to have a 1 on 1 conversation with her. And she was!
Dulce did everything professionally to correct/ rectify the situation. I never went there to cause a scene, only to inform that the Village Place environment was definitely not the best fit for us, due to the selection of our room and no control for them.....an all night long: up and down stairs, family next to us had young children, ect.
Dulce professional informed us that, since 3rd party booking, out of their control.
We would never recommend, nor stay there again.

Lovell is the jewel of western Maine. One of my favorite places on earth. Beautiful Lake Kezar--almost 10 miles of crystal blue water for all kinds of water sports from fishing to water skiing. Stunning view of the Presidential Range of New Hampshire including Mt Washington. Great locals, fun places to visit. Easy day hikes very close by. I would live there all year but I don't like snow that much!
