Room 110 is located on the lower ground floor of 110, almost in the basement. Through the window, you can only see parked cars and traffic on the expressway less than 40 meters away. The air conditioning unit is very old, dirty and noisy. General stuffiness in the room. Old furniture and carpets. For this money I expected bearable conditions. Never stay overnight at this hotel again! The water in the bathroom (old bathroom without a bidet and dingy) drained poorly. when it comes to breakfast, I haven't eaten such terrible food in 30 years!

Staff were amazing - there was this lady at the breakfast area was simply amazing - most helpful. She went out of her way to assist everyone cheerfully and voluntarily!! A gem of a lady!! The reception team was great too!! The hotel shuttle driver Tim, was incredibly helpful too!!

I came across 3 receptionists, 2 of them were good but the receptionist who works in the evening shift (dont know her name) she was extremely rude to me. She is not happy with her job I think and not suitable for being at front desk because she is not approachable due to her rude behaviour. She tried to belittle me and argued without understanding the issue. Poor english, she should not be at reception to spoil the vacation of tourists who book the hotel to relax.
