I am a member of Hilton Family and Friends Loyalty Program. From first day of check in, front desk staff Luis and Dinu were very helpful to us. We arrived early before our room was ready so we left our baggage there. We received a text message that we could check in early, very much appreciated since we were quite tired. At 4th floor reception, Caesar was exceptional in assisting us with HH food orders. Those three staff members provided excellent customer service. We hope to return to this hotel soon.

It was comfortable for the small space. I liked the location, just a few blocks to the subway and a few blocks to Domino Sugar park. Very walkable area. Felt safe.
