The Villa Bed and Breakfast, hotel in Misquamicut

The Villa Bed and Breakfast in Westerly provides adults-only accommodations with pool with a view, a garden, and a terrace.

We stayed in the Rosa room, which has its own entrance and was quiet and private. The room was a little dated, but nice and clean. Bed and linens very comfy and plenty of towels already in the room. Breakfast options each day included one special, choice of bacon/sausage, eggs, granola / yogurt/ fruit, various toasts. Frig with beer, hard seltzers, and soft drinks always available and room frig was stocked with water. The innkeepers were great.

I wished the room description was detailed enough to indicate if the room was facing the ocean or the street. This was not indicated in the description. I was expecting an ocean front room, instead got a street facing room.

Miles of beach and a low-key area with large nearby nature preserves. Perfect for a long weekend escape if just want to sit and look at the ocean or walk the beach. Mystic CT attractions only 20 minutes away. Not crowded in early June.

MBFI is an excellent value with stunning ocean views and right on the beach. Our room was very clean and tight for a family of four. But we’ve managed. Staff was excellent from parking attendants to the front desk staff. Look forward to staying again.

The restaurants and wait staff were the best.

The restaurants and wait staff were the best. We ate breakfast at The Cooked Goose almost every day. Loved the breakfast burrito and the cookies and carrot cake are delicious. Ginos by beach has great cold or hot lobster rolls and the best steak sandwich it melts in your mouth, And Andrias has the best white c;lam chowder and fritters. Every one of the staff members at each of these eateries treat you like family. Can not wait to go back.

We always have a good time.

We always have a good time. You can get a drink at Paddy's if you feel like it and then get lunch there or the Andrea which never disappoints. . We always manage swimming/napping and good food and drink if we feel like it. The water is warm(er) in August especially and the waves are decent. Once I get in I can swim for hours.

the only problem with this area people where charging for parking. Good restaurants in the area places are close to the beach you could leave the windows open and fall asleep listening to the waves. Another problem with this area. We seen a person in a wheelchair. but the beach didn't have access for it.
