What I like most was how close to the highway and he Base was. What I hated was the way the property was managed, maintained. Drugs being pushed outside the room. If we saw 1 fight, 2 yelling arguments. The ghetto style apartment living was not what I was looking for.

We travel several times per year this was the worst room we have ever stayed in. The pool and hot tub were full of algae, WIFI was down, fitness center was closed permanently, continental breakfast was cold cereal and day old bagels. Room door had been kicked in recently, door lock did not work, Every wall in the room had damage. There were nasty stains on the carpet in several places- I don’t even wanna know what kind. I want our money back and an apology!!!

Arrived to find out the pool was closed.
Arrived to find out the pool was closed. Went to our room - a huge stain by bathroom - an iron burn in carpet - splash of paint on wall that totally didn't match - opened patio door to a lot of cigarette buttstock and beer tops and to the right discarded vaccum cleaners and garbage. The mattresses you felt the springs. So Dissapointed in this place.

This hotel and staff were very poorly trained.
This hotel and staff were very poorly trained. I sent a email asking if this Hotel had a shuttle to the Casino, Did not get a response upon arriving before checking in I ask if the site had received a email asking that question, The reply was I do not see a email from you. I showed the staff the sent email from my phone. He replied O how can I help you. I ask him if the Hotel had a shuttle to and from the Casino. Nope was my answer so I said that was one of the booking requirements and that's why the email was sent. We needed a ride to and from the Casino ( as we did not want DUI ) I asked for the res to be canceled and funds returned to my account. NO reply
