The location was decent. The room was nice. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the selection of food was really nice. The food was delicious. The staff was on top of keeping everything filled and fresh. There were a lot of options when it came to having food delivered from restaurants. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Did not have any info for any of the questions I asked and denied any responsibility for anything... kept saying, "the manager of the hotel hasn't given me any instructions on that... you have to talk to him about that..." very frustrating.

Whether this place will work for you depends on several things. If you intend for it to be just a room where you sleep. Then it's average close subpar. The beds were terrible so sleeping was not even comfortable for and anyone who was with me. If you're looking for your stay to be a little bit more than that then you might want to look elsewhere. Another good point is the area has a lot of restaurants nearby so that's a definite plus. There's a waterpark facility up the street which we would've loved to have gone to experience.Devine - 2.0Scored 2.0

I was charged for 2 nights instead of the 1 night I was booked for. Called to get a credit and the person was extremely rude, would not give me my money back. Would never stay there again. Good access to affordable dining!
Good access to affordable dining! (China Palace has wonderful choices!) Also had no problem finding things when needed (clothing, groceries, etc.) Traffic wasn’t as bad as some other parts of Chicago but it still takes forever to go anywhere.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay.
Very nice and comfortable place to stay. My single room with a spa was very clean. There are nice restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend for someone with own transportation. Otherwise the nearest train station is Harlem which is 15 mins drive. The staff are very friendly and there are complimentary coffee and tea in the dining as well as two desktop computers for use in the lounge.

There was a smell of cats but I was told with a nasty attitude that they don’t allow cats but when moved to the next room we heard a cat meow so that wasn’t true. The hotel was like a boarding house of some sorts.
