One of the worst hotels i have stayed in , the fact that i booked for breakfast and there was no breakfast is disappointing .. this should have decreased the charges taking a deposit of 300 USD is way too much and i dont understand why ! please dont think about staying here if you ever do .. way worse than what u would expect no towels for 4 days to repalce the used ones ..AhmadEgypt - 6.0Scored 6.0
They advertise a pool but it is not open during COVID.
They advertise a pool but it is not open during COVID. They advertise room service but is not utilized due to COVID. These were the only reasons I chose this specific hotel. The man at the front desk said that is booking.com's mistake not theirs. Other than that it was okay. The facility itself is beautiful. The room was clean.

The place is clean and smells good, good location and friendly front desk staff and management! Nicely renovated and upgrade. Free laundry and excellent dryers. Need to have breakfast and house keeping should be more diligent,when putting clean sheets on the bed; make sure they’re clean. But once I notify the house keeper on duty, she changed the pillow right away. So prompt and courteous service was a plus with Candlewood !!! I will be booking again if I’m looking for a local stay.AAnonymousUnited States of America

Breakfast is a typical continental breakfast but offering quite wide variety of food. Hotel is situated nearby the main road but it doesn't bother as rooms are quiet. There is a big parking lot at the hotel, so no issue with finding free and safe spot to leave your car at.

The bed was super comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby in the AM was great and I loved the chocolate cookies at check in. Folks at the front desk were very always friendly, helpful, and efficient.
