The most convenient location. Upscale but not pretentious. Rooms that are clean and bright and so wonderfully environmentally conscious. Bath products scented basil lemongrass (LOVE) and an excellent restaurant. Outstanding, caring staff too.

Privacy and genuinely kind front desk are the two reasons I don't choose a competitor.

Everything was clean and all the staff we encountered were very friendly, especially the woman who made the delicious breakfast. She went out of her way to help me and I really appreciated it.

Oberlin is a quirky place. I enjoy the Oberlin Inn for brunch or a cocktail. The Elyria bike tow path runs thru Oberlin which we ride often. There is a couple wineries you can ride to off the bike path. It is a very quiet college town, with a few dining spots. The Feve is a good spot to eat for all meals. Pass on the Pizza joint it is not good. Mom and pop general and book stores. A couple of Mexican joints too. The art museum is ok.

Nice small campus run hotel.
Nice small campus run hotel. Comfortable beds and a great little restaurant/bar. A little on the pricey side for what you get; but with NO Hilton/Marriott properties within 30mins; supply and demand drives the price up. Overall great little modern hotel!

Enjoyed an overnight visit to Oberlin.
Enjoyed an overnight visit to Oberlin. Had a delicious lunch at Fusions and then excellent dinner at 1833 at the hotel. Visited a few stores and always enjoy the art museum. Everything within walking distance of modern hotel downtown.
Quite lovely, immaculately clean, matches description, host has clearly thought a lot about little things that someone might want or need (coffee, popcorn, shampoo, etc). I liked that there was a curtain available to separate the bedroom area from the sitting area -- since I was traveling with my son, it was nice to have the two rooms be able to be separated a bit. I also appreciated that everything we needed to know was clearly laid out in a binder. And the location can't be beat!
Central downtown location, convenient to Oberlin college and walking distance to shops. Clean and quiet room, with high ceilings and a charming view. We hung out and had dinner at the bar both nights and enjoyed our bartender, who was really sweet and friendly. The location of the bar, in the open, spacious lobby/ atrium, is really cool, it's a nice space to hang out in.
The Hotel is located in the center of the little town. We were visiting family. The Hotel is new and modern. While our room was not huge, it was very comfortable. It had a refrigerator and a little one cup coffee maker. It is super convenient location.
We went out for breakfast with our granddaughter who is a freshman at Oberlin. The property was beautifully decorated and everything was comfortable and clean. A sweet neighborhood and the welcome sign was very sweet, too!
Location, comfort and style of home, impeccable cleanliness, kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook or bake! It is THE only place you need ro stay if visiting Oberlin!
