The hot breakfast was cold, had to wait for a while for the waffle maker. No regular pancake slurpy. No fresh foot with out brushing or over ripe. No butter on the weeend. Weekend staff wasn’t pleasant to deal with.

My room and the building in general were very clean. The breakfast is better than most hotel breakfast.

The owner is a fun person to talk to. Had great advise on where to take a little walk. We were early and needed a place to change, he accommodated us and had our room cleaned right away. Could not ask for more. I will check there first next time I go
Quiet college town. Great breakfast places but ow on restaurants. Lots of breweries if that your mojo. Most of the breweries served food as well. Bangor however is close by and is flush with choices of places to eat.

University Inn was a great place to stay after arriving in Bangor. The staff was welcoming and room was clean and nice. There was wine and cheese in the lobby when we arrived around 6pm so that was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
This hotel is easy access off of 95. We were headed to Acadia, and it worked well as a stopping point. Breakfast was decent albeit typical fare with a waffle iron, instant oatmeal, cereal and fruit. It doesn't look great on the outside, but the inside has a cute bear motiff throughout. The bed was comfortable.
It's a beautiful spot right on the river. I love how close to the University of Maine, Orono it is. Being a dog-friendly hotel, it's the perfect location to bring our dogs. There is such a large yard to roam with easy in and easy out for the dogs right from the room.
Clean property with modern facilities. The views were as described and it is located in residential neighborhood, walkable to local shops and places to eat and drink. No noise contamination from the restaurants and breweries, the latter of which are a plenty in Orono.
Recently renovated . Rooms were clean modern easily accessible. Staff were attentive friendly and answered all my questions . Parking at hotel was easy ! Will definitely be staying again
