We had a great stay here at this family owned hotel. The staff, and Nick in particular, was especially helpful and arranged ride for us back to Montrose. This is highly recommended

Nice staff, unexpected breakfast items and hot tub, clean rooms with two beds (I thought my son and I would have to share a queen) - snowed alot one night but staff kept stairs and walks clear - highly recommend if skiing at Silverton

Beautiful B&B in an old house right next to the main street in Ouray. We loved the hot tub, the happy hour and the breakfast!

We drove north from Durango on The Million Dollar Highway and stopped in Ouray. We were there for only one night but I would like to have been able to do some hiking nearby. We drove west to Telluride the day after Ouray. If you are interested in high end shopping and more commercialism, it was great, but Ouray is definitely more our type of town!

Beautiful cute town in the mountains with one main street and maybe couple more. There are no big stores, but there are places to shop and a lots of restaurants. There are amazing mountains around where you can go for a walk and hot springs to soak. I definitely recommend visiting the waterfall at Box Cañon Falls Park.

A very unique town nestled in the mountains.
A very unique town nestled in the mountains. You can feel the heritage of a long gone mining town. Beautiful old buildings and very nice people. Harleys and Jeeps are all up and down Main Street. Unless you are going into the mountains to enjoy the great outdoor a day will suffice.
Spectacular mountain scenery, excellent classical music, average restaurants, generally cordial service people. Take a jeep trip with the San Juan group, it's worth every penny. Excellent general store for a small town. Fun to walk and probably excellent hiking. Pleasant climate. Be careful not to hit the deer when driving.

Ouray is following other mountain towns in trying to be like Telluride. Off-roading is what keeps the town going, which is great if you're into it. Some good hikes. Definitely overdoing expectations for tipping. Will only be back for day trips.
Location. Location. Location. This was an amazing location. We were able to walk to several hikes, to the restaurants, and to the cute shops along the main street from this hotel. Loved all the history throughout the building and all the staff were knowledgeable and loved sharing the history. We were able to walk to another establishment to enjoy the hot springs (in a cave and outside). The room was comfortable. The shower was amazing. Highly recommend staying at the Beaumont. We hope to come back some day.
The exterior of the hotel mimicked a sweet small-town cottage with blooming flowers hanging from all angles and wooden finishes surrounding the stairways and balconies. These aspects complemented the towering cliffs provided by Ouray's rocky boundaries. As for the room, we were comfortable with the warmth provided by the heating unit and we were entertained by the flat-screen TV, which had a great signal. We enjoyed our stay here and we look forward to our next overnight visit.
The location was perfect and the staff at the lodge were excellent. Ms. Cheryl was awesome and showed us around the place and gave us the brief run down of the best things to do in Ouray. The rooms in the lodge all had working thermostats, as we were worried about that in the beginning. The kitchen was well stocked and all the equipments were working well. We were all very happy with our stay.
A lovely historic hotel in the heart of Ouray. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping, bars. We had it as an overnight stay only but it really fit the bill. Room was quaint and great value for money. Staff were amazing, great little restaurant / bar next door. Breakfast was ample, not a full buffet breakfast but certainly enough and served in a small dining room, making it cozy.
This hotel was so charming. I was searching through pictures of hotels when planning my trip to Ouray and booked this place immediately when I saw the photos, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. I absolutely loved the Victorian decor. We enjoyed waking up every morning to a view of the mountains out the window.
Great location just off Main. Easy walking distance to other dining options. Softest hotel towels in my opinion, quite absorbent too. Main office for check in and breakfast was well appointed. Good options for breakfast. And we even made it in time for happy hour of wine and cookies while checking in.
This is a fabulous hotel. The renovation is beautifully done. We loved our stay here. It has a great location on the Main Street in Ouray. Our room was comfortable, spacious and very stylish. The hotel overall is a period piece, with fabulous history. It's a one off!
Great location in Ouray (a beautiful mountain town!) ; Spacious 3-bed townhouse with its own garage and a balcony with an amazing view. The place was clean and everything was in working order. Check in/check out were smooth and done remotely.
Loved the location of the place. Had a wedding to attend at the Beaumont Hotel so we could walk to it. Also walked all of the Perimeter Trail and Box Canyon Trail from there. Loved the outdoor space where we had a barbeque one night.
The hotel and staff were excellent, but we like cooler room temps, bed and decor were outstanding. Price of the room was excessive, but we booked at the last minute! We would definitely stay again!
it is interesting and has character. The staff is very friendly and has good information about things in the area. And it is a beautiful, Colorado mountain location with the river in back.
We loved soaking in the non-crowded tubs and ordering room service from the on-site restaurant. It's a pet friendly hotel so we will definitely bring our mut and stay again sometime.
