The workers were friendly and the rooms were clean. They do tend to have a slight odor due to the carpeting in the rooms. It is not overpowering, but noticeable. No live bugs in the rooms as some of the rooms I have recently stayed in had (never at this one though). I have found a few dead ones. It’s summer, no surprise there.

We arrived after 10 PM, but the woman at the front desk welcomed us like it was 2:00 in the afternoon. Bottles of water?, Cookies?, Extra towels? Yes, thank you!

The staff were wonderful and helpful, location was good, just off the main road so a little quieter, and the facilities were great. It's a very lovingly restored retro motel with nice touches like a station to wash your crystals and they left out flashlights as there was a power cut due to a storm
