I drove from Texas to Ozark. The more north we travelled the more beautiful it became. Ozark was stunning with all the mountains and green trees and rock formations. Totally worth driving instead of flying. Oh and you've got to stop in Branson. What a quaint little place.
We travelled to go to James River Church to get prayer. So if you're sick...I suggest you go visit and get prayed for as they're seeing miraculous creative miracles. No one wants to be sick. So go and get healed.

Ozark is a quaint smaller community with numerous attractions, plus it’s close driving distance to Springfield.
We always enjoy our visits to Ozark. And if you like antique shops and flea markets it’s a bonanza!! 😁

With no shampoo and the $50 deposit which makes no sense for I use this card all over the midwest with booking .com, the beds were extremely hard. So many things were broke and they just had not done any repairs. The morning manager was rude telling me to open my eyes so I could see what the receipt said. We will never come close to this facility again. I will go across the road to Quality Inn.

Breakfast was orange juice from a jug and a store bought honey bun. The office manager complained the entire time about having to pay Expedia and its partners 20%. So he charged us and extra $5 above what we were supposed to pay through booking.com. He tried to get me to pay even more. We booked a room with a single. We were put in a room with two queen beds and told if we used the other bed we would get charged $15. The guy get griping about never receiving email and asked me if I checked mine. I said yes I do and received an email with a couple minutes. I was looking for a cheap hotel but in the end it wasn't worth what little bit I saved.
The property was well maintained and more than adequately stocked with towels, coffee, etc. There was a bitter cold snap while we were there but the property stayed nice and warm with the gas fireplace with circulating fan. Plus, having a garage made getting out in the cold much more bearable. Additionally, the property manager was easy to deal with and responsive to inquiries. We will definitely return to this property when we visit our kids in the area in the future.
The location is a little further away than I would have preferred but when you were actually there it was peaceful, especially when sitting outside. Maybe 20 min to Springfield and 30 min to Branson. Bed was very comfortable. Never tried the pull out couch. Did have to ask for a grill but was given one within the same day so that was appreciated. Plenty of room to park and roam. Could see myself staying again though if I visit the area and it's available.
Breakfast was great! Staff was amazing! From housekeeping, maintenence, to front desk and owners. They were were all amazing and friendly. 10/10 would recommend. This is definitely where I will stay every time I visit Ozark!!!! Even did a little photo shoot with my children and new grandson on site. And the white quilted blanket on the beds are to die for! Myself and my 15 year old were actually sad to leave those blankets behind!!!
The location was in a prime location with pleanty of activies, food and entertainment near by. I enjoyed that the hotel had discounts at near by venues. Very friendly stafff.
Miss Karen was very nice at check in
