I stayed here to attend New York Fashion Week with my team and this venue was a great option compared to staying in the city. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly. The accommodations were clean and welcoming. I submitted a room request and they were able to fulfill it. I loved having a kitchen! Breakfast was tasty. (The machine made pancakes for us!)
I did not use the business center during my stay, but I did catch a glimpse and it was nice.
The room keys deactivate if they get close to your phone. That was a bit annoying because I found it difficult to keep them separate, so I had to see the front desk a couple of times to get the card re-keyed.

The property it’s self was nice. Lobby Nice. Staff Great.
The property it’s self was nice. Lobby Nice. Staff Great. Room not the cleanest. There were stains on the couch, the, the top blanket and the shades in the room and on the TV remote. I am not a complainer and we were there for less than 24 hours so I just didn’t use the coach, or the top blnaket and washed the remote my self. But definitely gets a lesser score for cleanliness. Location, Staff , breakfast was good!

This hotel should not rent rooms till the renovations are done it is in horrible condition and should wait to their room accommodations are ready to be rented out I have never seen a hotel so old rent rooms and so filthy there were stains even on lampshades look like they had never vacuumed the rooms or wiped or cleaned the phones had dirt on them for years The are not up-to-date with iPhone compatibility only had old town phone plugs could not plug your phones in unless you had a cord no new accommodations for phones the tubs were dirty I just couldn’t believe it and I’m not a person that picks everything but I have never seen such filth the air conditioner filter was needing changed so it would not work properly ! Everything in the room was at least 20 years old! How old is one thing but dirty and filthy is another and disgusting probably hadn’t been cleaned in mini visits I am really reporting to the health department and find out who is over hotels because there is no way this should be legal to rent out! And paid way more than I paid for Niagara Falls Wyndham hotels! Also no breakfast in the front of the hotel was all roped off with caution tape nothing like any of the pictures they had online it should be called false advertisement I even ask what was wrong and they said the back was fine they were renovating the front so I was assuming the back had been renovated!

Parsippany is the place to be. Less crowded. Less pollution.
Parsippany is the place to be. Less crowded. Less pollution. Clean air. Cozy. Great environment. You just need to have a car to go around if needed and parking is free everywhere. More over, it is not too far from New York city. No long line to get what you need. Stay away from the city, come to Parsipanny and save money.
The double queen room was a good size for three of us along with the bathroom. There were plenty of fresh towels and small toiletries so you didn't need to unpack your bags. The room had small cosmetic damages eg. scratches on bathroom furniture but spotlessly clean. There is also free parking onsite and a decent breakfast. The reception team were welcoming and efficient. Overall a really good stopover for Newark airport or Manhattan, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
No Breakfast as mentioned when i book the room, the receptionist guy was grumpy, i booked a king room smoking when i reach the hotel the guy said there is no room available and forced me to stay in dirty single bed room. the AC is not cooling, i found pregnancy test in the side table and spoon from previews occupants and the bed was dirty. when i called for cleaning the room the house keeping lady come with soo bad attitude and left without cleaning anything.
There was no breakfast, location was ok minus the fact that signs for entrance were hidden behind trees and not labeled well so constantly missed entrance, holes in the room walls, half the hotel had town signs of condemned property and unfit for human use, curse words written on bathroom wall in room with permanent marker half tried to wash off and I cleaned it off myself because my children saw it, and entire hotel was nothing like pictures.
Good location. Right off the highway. A lot of restaurants nearby. We were attending a comedy show that was right down the road. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Over all not one complaint about this hotel. Would stay again. FYI Pool and bar were closed due to Covid but that’s to be expected.
We received a free upgrade so our suite was surprisingly large. The kitchen was more than functional and had a nice breakfast bar. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast offered at the hotel was better than average for a chain hotel.
We booked 2 nights, on the first night we were bitten by bedbugs, they came to the reception at night and showed us. To which they did not react in any way and did not move me to another room. Horrible attitude of staff towards guests!!!
2nd trip the area. 2nd stay at this hotel. No complaints to note. I pull a trailer and need ample parking when I stay overnight. The price is not too high and therefore this is on my list as a go to place when coming to the area
good place. it was not exactly the booked hotel, because they have been forced to change the hotel due to a water problem, but the second solution has been better then the first one. good choice!
The night staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the room was very clean. Even though the hotel was without power, they did all they could to make us comfortable.
