Attached restaurant was convenient for dinner. Complementary breakfast was delicious. Staff were very accommodating (providing vegetarian alternative for meals, offering to fill water bottles from restaurant, providing tooth brush/paste that I forgot). Bed was comfy and clean. Nice large TV in room. Quiet room (did not hear any other guests).

Reedsburg is great! It's the Quality Inn of Reedsburg that is terrible. I gave them a poor review on this site and next thing I know they made it looked like I never stayed there. Delightful easy to find, small city, near Wisconsin Dells...
Delightful easy to find, small city, near Wisconsin Dells and the Christian Concert to in which we participated with about 250 others. We ate Supper in Wisconsin Dells and Breakfast in Reedsburg. Reedsburg is also near Baraboo and Circus World Museum which we have enjoyed many times. Further Reedsburg has a trail that interconnects with other Great "Rail Trails" like the "Elroy Sparta" and "400""Rail Trail that are primarily flat, smooth, and wonderful for Bike, Recumbent Trikes and Walking.HaglundUnited States of America - 2.0Scored 2.0
The brochure in the room said 10.00 pet fee but we were...
The brochure in the room said 10.00 pet fee but we were charged 20.00. I took brochure up to front desk and showed them the pet fee price. They told me that was old information, and they didn't get the new page to put in to reflect the price increase. I said they need to get a white - out pen and adjust it to the new price in every brochure in every room, cause what's in writing is what counts. Yeah they said and just stared at me. No refund of the $10.00.

Always some one at the front desk to answer your phone ! I was running late and called twice so they were aware I I was still coming ! Please hold the room ! Got in late gentleman at front desk said check out is at 1100 am but you are good until 1200 ! Sweet !

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I had a check in date of July 4th due to personal reasons i was unable to make it to Wisconsin so i cancelled my reservation on July 2nd , however they still proceeded to take the $188 dollars off my card for the room on the 4th of July regardless of the cancellation they had received TWO DAYS PRIOR. I had to argue with them for two days to finally get my money refunded so i thought all was good. I happened to check my bank account on July 13th THEY TOOK THE MONEY AGAIN $188 -stolen this time - it’s the 16th of July & the manager has not even called me back to refund the money or apologize . Very dirty room finger prints on everything from previous guests. Bathroom looks like it was barely cleaned. Found multiple longer hairs on pillows and sheets to the point where my wife and I thought about just driving home instead of actually sleeping in the room.ChrisUnited States of America
