There was a pool party all night long and 30 guests in one paid room for 1, kids running wild all night, pool was trashed, water coming in our room from the pool and they ate all the breakfast so guests got none, the staff did nothing and no police were called. My phone in room was not working, so I couldn't call the police to report this or the front desk, it was a Nightmare. I will never stay here again or recommend it to my friends as the staff cannot stop or deal with this kind of disgrace!!!!!!!! I called Corporate for a refund 3 days ago and still have not heard anything!!!!!!
