It was an amazing location, the property was clean and well maintained, the size of the apartment was perfect and large enough to fit 5 people. We got complimentary wine and were provided with hand soap. We loved the hammock on the property and the grill right outside our room. Very enjoyable stay and the property owner was exceptional!

There wasn’t a lot my family liked about the property. The pool staff was nice and apologetic when it took over an hour to get food after we ordered. I’m guessing they forgot about us because I didn’t see any other food going out or being ordered. The beach was clean. The pool was nice. The lobby was clean. Our waiter at the adult pool was very attentive and nice. Also the man at the Starbucks in the lobby (in the morning) was wonderful and very kind.

As we arrived at the trirail nearby we were picked up by a lyft driver who informed us that the neighborhood where our hotel was was not the greatest and to possibly avoid going out especially at night when we got there it seemed ok until i had to be buzzed in to the main office and talk to a gentleman behind a glass window to check in, now he was actually very pleasant and helpful but the place he was running seemed a lil old and worn out but we saw him a few times walking around as if he was patrolling the area

We really enjoyed staying here.
We really enjoyed staying here. It was very close to the cruise port. Even though we didn't go to the beach there we did drive to Miami Beach which was only 1 1/2 hours away. We enjoyed that very much. Will definately be going back

It gives you the safety of your stuff not being stolen as it would if you left anything at Phil foster park.The owner and manager were on point. This hotel is not a Marriott so don't expect that. We can SCUBA dive right from the hotel even if the park is closed. We saw seahorses, batfish, frogfish, pipefish, Scorpionfish, barbfish, lots more. We could do night dives every night. Also the pool table and theater for showing pictures from the dives was super cool. Nice swimming pool too.

Room didn't cool down until 2am even though the a/c was working after we turned it on and set as 66 degrees.
