Liked: breakfast and close location to worksite. Not Liked: one driveway in/out and you need to cross a continuous line of speeding traffic, 2) really screwed up check-in system that resulted in a Catch-22 and frustration, 3) lack of a true "business center" - just a desk with computer across from 3 rooms, 4) staff was inconsistent in allowing the breakfast area for work at 5am (1.5 hours BEFORE breakfast starts!). Not allowed so I needed to take my meetings sitting on hard stone stairs. Not an enjoyable experience!MitchellUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

This is the newest and best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed in. There was a water issue in Roslyn that caused an interruption in the bathrooms. They let me stay the extra time to shower snd dress without rushing. There is one of the most deluxe shopping ccc we Byers in the world ten minutes away. Two shops I needed were both with a ten minute walk with outdoor parking. The Manhassett Shopping Center.

We stayed here while my husband had surgery at St Francis.
We stayed here while my husband had surgery at St Francis. Every staff member was exceptionally polite, kind,caring and helpful, throughout our stay. The breakfast and access to the breakfast room was a huge help during this time too. We enjoyed our stay and extended the time spent here. Very convenient location for us.
