Nothing, they wouldn't let us stay there, because they said they don't allow locals to stay in their hotel in St. Cloud, MN. They had confirmed our reservation and our credit card had gone through, we are still out $6000. Don't recommend this place at all. We found a much nicer hotel near them at Fairfield Inn by Marriott.

Booking.com description of Travelodge says:
“
Property Description ….
A hot tub is available on site at St. Cloud Travelodge. Guests can take advantage of 24-hour reception services and launderette facilities located on the property.”
There IS NO HOT TUB AT THIS LOCATION!!
My wife and I were planning on it!!
We are VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Staff said that there has been no hot tub for 8 or 9 years and that Booking.com has refused to remove it from their description!
Refund me!

I was there on a business trip so I didn’t have time to come...
I was there on a business trip so I didn’t have time to come back to my room at night to make my bed or go get fresh towels that’s all part of the stay I thought. And I upgraded my room thinking it was going to have a sofa but instead it had another full size bed which I did not need which made the room alot smaller so it was hard to use the table to do work on my laptop computer. Very cramped.

Courtyard Marriott charged my card without my authorization!
Courtyard Marriott charged my card without my authorization! Never stepped foot near the place, no one checked in, and I tried to cancel 1 hour after reservations were made! I sent email, left phone call, and when the cowardly mamger answered my call he said he has to call me back and NEVER did!

Visiting best friends and family for a 50th birthday party...
Visiting best friends and family for a 50th birthday party for one of them. I love this town, wish I could return. Miss everything about it. It’s a wonderful place to come to. Travel anywhere in St Cloud is super simple, go see the gardens in the summer, worth a trip by itself and the story behind them will grab ya, many Mississippi River stops to enjoy, fireworks over the river on the 4th of July, fishing nearby, hiking, boating nearby. Plenty of good eats, look for online reviews and you’ll know. Not as many chain restaurants which makes it nice.
The hotel was unable to honor our reservation. The city inspector came through and stated that nobody was allowed to stay there. The person I talked to, who answered the phone told me that upon calling. I noticed that I received a notification from booking.com that my reservation was canceled. I then had to find a new hotel to stay in, while staying in St. Cloud.
Location is good for the northwest side of St. Cloud (the Crossroads side.) Access is easy - a couple of miles from the interstate but easy to reach. Plenty of restaurants and services close by. Stop by the Pantown Brewery for a cold one and cribbage. Dog-friendly! Walking area complete with poo bags.
The place was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and it was a very good value. It was not a 4 star hotel, but it was not billed as such and it was exactly what I expected. I would stay there again, and will recommend to others.
We loved our room with the extra sofa bed for our kids. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, pool and hot tub was great (and open late). All in all, definitely would stay there again.
Employees were friendly and very helpful. This was the only upside. I cant say it enough. The people were awesome. They knew what condition this hotel was in and tried to make it better.
Nice hotel, but close to RR with trains throughout the night. Fine if you can sleep through the whistles! Otherwise quite nice, if a little hard to find.
