Grei pris, god frokost (sammenlignet med tilsvarende hotel), gratis parkering, rent både på rommet og i fellesareal, delikat bad, god AC, kjøleskap og micro på rommet, ok senger, gratis kaffe i resepsjonen, svært hyggelig og hjelpsom dame i resepsjonen, lett adkomst til motorveien, utrolig god mat hos naboen Clive’s roadhouse (som ble anbefalt av den hyggelige damen i resepsjonen). Bensinstasjon «rett over veien». Området virket trygt. God frokost: pannekaker, eggerøre, hardkokte egg, bagels, toast, muffins, annet bakverk, yoghurt, melk, juice, te, kaffe, smøreost, syltetøy, peanøttsmør, frukt og frokostblanding. Frokost-området fremsto som nyoppusset med delikate farger. Man kunne hente håndklær og toalettpapir i resepsjonen når man trengte dette.
