We enjoyed our stay very much, I took 3 of my granddaughters for a few days during spring break. I always check her for availability before any plans are made. They are always clean and comfortable and I love that the rooms are on the river side. The complimentary breakfast was just enough to get us through Dollywood and until we could go eat Crab legs at Captain Jim's.

This hotel is great. Very clean. The view of the river from the balcony was so beautiful. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel. And the staff is exceptional. I actually left a bag from from Nike that had a good $200 worth of clothes in it. They actually called me and said they had it and they could ship it to me. This made this hotel even more special to me. And also they have the best coffee I’ve ever had.

I liked it was close to everything. The hot tub could have been warmer. The pool was warm enough. The breakfast was awesome. Thew staff was informative when we asked questions.

Excellent location. In the middle of Pigeon Forge, surrounded by all the attractions including Dollywood and Dolly Stampede . Very good breakfast , huge parking lot , with at least 2 pools.
