Veronica and Treniece were very welcoming...Calling location prior my arrival Veronica's friendly customer service was so welcoming it made me look for her upon arrival. Treniece made me feel everyone at this location was personable... Everyday the breakfast was different and delicious..

This hotel is the best hotel I stayed in terms of service.
This hotel is the best hotel I stayed in terms of service. The staff are so kind and warm hearted. They took me to Walmart to buy slippers, picked me up from meeting venue, helped me order book online. They have proved what customer intimacy means. The facilities and location are also very excellent.

There are a lot of food places to choose from in the solon area. They also have a nice movie theater and kids play house (play day cafe)which is also located by a few different hotels. I would give this place a negative review if I could.
I would give this place a negative review if I could. I accidentally booked this room when I was trying to book in Tennessee. I called the property within 5 minutes to notify them of my mistake. I realized it when I got emailed the confirmation with the full address. He told me that he had no problems refunding me but I had to call Booking.com. I was on hold for almost an hour and the girl called me back and told me she would call me back on my phone number. She never called me back. I called again a couple days later and the guy with Booking.com told me I had to call the property so he gave me Marriott's Corporate #. I spoke with a guy who spoke very poorly of working with a third party company to book rooms that these kinds of things happen. He also promised to call me back. HE NEVER DID! I called Booking.com back he told me I would be refunded. Guess what?! nothing. I notice a month later I still haven't been refunded and call back and they say there is nothing I can do. Terrible customer service on both ends. Not to mention, I am a frequent traveler and use Marriott hotels all the time. I'm only leaving my account on here active so this review can be seen by everyone. I cancelled all of my future reservations booked and went directly through the hotel. Our room waa very clean and spacious with every amenity we could need. They even provided prepackaged breakfast sandwiches, donuts and coffee in the morning. So much more than we expected given the Covid restrictions. Highly recommend!!!
