Good size room. Good location.
The pool and hot tub barrier and Jim are really nice. Plenty of attendance, towels, and a good size.

When I needed to get the twin bed that was not provided I waited on the phone for a long time before front desk picked up my call. And the lines were too long at the front desk. There should be another person up front not just one. And the same lady who checked us in early evening checked us out, I wonder if there is a shortage of staff...

We were there to do college testing so had a specific purpose and didn’t really do much”fun” things. The area is lovely. Cell service is terrible once you get away from a place (hotel) WiFi. Very bucolic. Nice local restaurants with farm to table.
Maybe my eyes have deceived me but the photos on the website were nothing like what the hotel looked like. At check in the key fob was not working so we were given a regular key. One key for 2 people to share. The room was run down and the toilet didn't flush properly.Everything was dated. I was skeeved out at how dirty everything in the room looked. EVERYTHING WAS DATED. NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE SPENT FOR OUR STAY!!!!! My family and I were very disappointed in our stay and we would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
The entire building had no water pressure for guests to shower or wash their hands, the breakfast buffet was never put out and when I did order something the food was bad and would not eat it. We had a dog across the hall in distress we phoned multiple times to place a wellness check on the animal. That’s were our complaints ended, that dog as we left continued to be in distress. I would not recommend this hotel and the amount of money we paid to stay there should be reconsidered when charging customers
Check-in went well. . Clerk courteous. The refrigerator in assigned room did not work. The clerk very nice to change room immediately to one with a working fridg.
One reason we selected the hotel was for breakfast. Very disappointed that there was no breakfast served. You should put this on your Website.t
The room was very spacous! The bed was very comfortable and the staff was extreamly helpful and pet friendly! The breakfast was good but a littly pricey but I was willing to pay the price for the convenience of having a resturant right in the hotel. I would book this hotel again when traveling.
Heritage Hotel became our home for almost two weeks after arriving in the US prior to a long-term apartment. The location is very convenient, and the amenities like pools and GYM are a great bonus of staying there. The staff is so friendly and ready to help. Great area to walk around
The price was better than most in area. On a golf course and stream. Not far from hiway. In quiet community. One other restaurant near here. Hotel has one. Offered me some free drinks. Has an indoor and outdoor pool. Outdoor not open yet. Parking ok.
My room was big infested and no one did anything about reimbursing me for my two nights wasted in that dirt pit. They clearly don’t clean, they pretended to because that was the worst hotel stay ever. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY AND DISGUSTING SAVE YOURSELF
The room was clean, had good linens, pillows, and a fridge. I have scent sensitivities and had no problems from the hotel. There were plenty of plugs for my devices. There was no construction but I did come on a Saturday.
The grouds were nice! We didn't use any of the facilities (bar, restaurant, pools, spa)as we we're in town for other obligations.
The room was good-sized and very clean! Will definitely stay there again.
the property needed some work to be done ✅ and the bath tub feels like you are going to sinks to the floor below
very disappointed on my stay . someone was smoking cannabis inside the hotel room .
We were visiting for a conference, the staff was fantastic at accommodating guests, as many were young children. It was my kids’ first stay in a hotel.
They loved it.
