breakfast wasn't provided or expected The Location was great and very quiet. Close to Arches NP. The Beds were comfy.
Just a couple of things: the coffee pot was very slow, Would recommend investing in a new one. One guest found something left under a bed so I would recommend a more thorough cleaning under bedsThe rest of the condo was clean. Nice areas for sitting and visiting both inside and out. A little chilly so we didn't use outside patios very much but private and quiet.
One complaint: we were charged for a burned pillow sham and we were not responsible for that damage. Waiting to hear the out come of the dispute on that charge.

It was clean, relatively quiet. Easy to find. the complex, a bit harder to find the actual unit we rented. The layout was good, the bed comfortable. We were very glad that we were able to bring our small dog with us. There was a place to walk him and no problems.
We didn't cook or use the kitchen at all, but it seems to be very well stocked. It is a lovely little apartment.

The property management company responded quickly when I reached out about the rusted and damaged cookware, and replaced the items same-day, which was appreciated. The location is out of downtown, which could be a pro or con depending on what you’re looking for, and is about 15 minutes to Arches and about 45 minutes to Canyonlands.
