The best thing about the place is the owner, Kari.
The best thing about the place is the owner, Kari. What a wonderful lady, so friendly and nice. She even made cookies for my teenage kids, but I think I was the one who enjoyed them the most! I joined Kari in the living room in the evening and had a nice chat. Comfortable beds, quiet place, black-out curtains, big back yard (although we didn't use it). Nice breakfast. We rented two bedrooms for our family, didn't know there's a third bedroom plus a spot in the living room they rent; as it turned out, we had the upper floor to ourselves overnight because the other two places weren't occupied, but with the shared bathroom and living space, some people might not be comfortable with the situation. It's a bed-and-breakfast idea, and it's a nice family home with a wonderful lady running it, so we had no problem at all. There were locks on the bedroom doors, and the home has a security system, so it was good for us. Thanks so much, Kari. We will be back! CarolinePeterCanada
