Also in addition of my previous review. I had no hot water for my shower the following morning. I waited about 10-20 minutes at front desk before someone stepped out to check me in and at check out waited 20 still no one came out just left room key card at desk and walked out.

Just driving through to get our destination and stayed one night. Dinner was awful at BJ's Waited one hour then got seated, waited another hour to get served. Will not go through this city again. Should have driven straight to Sacramento.

Vacaville is a nice city to be in fairly safe cops...
Vacaville is a nice city to be in fairly safe cops everywhere especially at night. But do NOT stay at the America's best value inn. Place is terrible tweakers all night in and out roaches inside and outside EVERYWHERE not to mention the rats coming out of the tub drain. I had to leave without my refund but rather lose my mo ey then stay at a place like this absolutely disgusting

Was only in town to see a friend, didn't spend any time site seeing. Vacaville is a sleepy bedroom community. But offers pretty cheap lodging if you're planning to visit wine country while in the Bay Area.AmandaUnited States

The heater worked well thankfully because it was quite cold at night. They only thing was the outside grounds were kinda of messed up there was a lot of trash on the ground and it probably could have used an all over pressure washing. But to be honest it was not a big deal. The price was good. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again should i ever have a reason to go back to Vacaville.

When I arrived they had overbooked and there was no accessible room available for us. They didn't much care that we were stuck with no room after driving for hours. We had to find a hotel that could accommodate us on our own. They offered us a 20% discount in the future. Yeah right, liked we would want to trust them again for a room. Terrible customer service.

Otherwise everything else was absolutely perfect. Was visiting friends who live there in Vacaville. Will definitely stay at the Hyatt the next time we come back. Also lots to do really close by.

They rooms are a little outdated, but they were clean, spacious and the beds are comfy.
