    The location is wonderful.

The location is wonderful. There is a great place to walk/run/bike just a short walk from the Villas. We enjoyed the view of the golf course, the wild turkeys and chickens who visited, the foliage, and so much more. Upon arrival to the condo, we were so impressed with the cleanliness of not just the interior, but the grounds are immaculate. Very well kept and maintained. Loved all the Hibiscus growing! The condo was so comfortable and it was great to have a nice roomy kitchen to cook meals. We didn’t want to leave. We always enjoy the Lava Lava Beach Club and watching the sunset and enjoying great food and beverages. We also love going to Hilo, and we had an amazing meal at the Volcano House/Rim Restaurant. Kilauea is a breathtaking site and it’s a must see when visiting the Big Island. We also enjoyed Hāpuna and Spencer Beach Parks, Lapakahi National State Park, and the beautiful town of Hawi. We also saw the original statue of King Kamehameha! Everyone we interacted with, no matter where we went, was pure Aloha. The kindness we experienced was mind blowing.

We had dinner at the Italian restaurant Pueo's Osteria, not the best restaurant we had ever eaten, but the food was okay and the service was great. It is in close proximity to Kona International Airport, which makes it an ideal place to stay on your first or last night of your stay on The Big Island.

It was over booked too much going on with StateFarm Convention and children. They were all over the place especially in the Adult pool and area . The parents did not control them as well. I think we came at wrong time. It's a Beautiful place and the staff was super Friendly . If the opportunity comes again I will look into thoroughly before accepting the offer. Thanks for the first time experience in Hawaii.

It was our last stop, after we had driven round the island.

It was our last stop, after we had driven round the island. The village is in a lava field, houses seem to be similar of age. It does not come across as a tourist area. I would have preferred to have the last night in Kona instead of this sleepy town.

Good central area on the big island - if you have a vehicle.

Good central area on the big island - if you have a vehicle. Otherwise, nearest amenity is a shopping center by 45 minute walk. Nothing in the village accept for residential housing. Public transportation to-from here is 'doable', but you'll likely have a headache after. There are better areas on the island to stay with better proximity/access to everywhere else.
