The room was recently remodeled. The kitchenette includes everything necessary except for a real range. You can see a big green mountain from the window. It's centrally located (e.g. the road to Hana is as easy to get to as southern beaches) and so is perfect for first-time visitors who are not biased towards a specific destination.

We were only on Maui for 9 hours and leaving for another island, so the location close to the airport was nice. Getting keys was easy at our late hour of arrival. Room had a coffee machine to make a couple cups of coffee, and we were on our way the next morning.

If you don’t have a rental car you can plan on lots of walking. The bus system is great, but you need to make sure you have the time to do that. There isn’t a whole lot to see where we stayed. It is in an older part of Wailuku. Definitely not a tourist town, as such.

We were only there for two days, then off to another part of Maui. The town itself did not have a lot going on, not much to see or do. The Iao State Park; however, was worth a quick visit. Very picturesque with minimal walking. Parking is limited, and $5.

The bed and sheets were clean and comfy. This place has such nice vibes and was a great place to stay. Everyone was friendly and we felt very safe staying here. My only grouse was the stairs as we had huge cargo bags but the owner was very nice to help us carry up and down the stairs! I also loved the location where food and amenities are easily accessible. The pancakes in the morning were yummy, overall we had a great stay!TTonaSingapore

The decoration and the welcome treat is special with all the exotic flowers. The unit is modern with all the comfort to the last details like bathrobe etc,.. We stayed before in most of the Wailea luxury hotels but will come back to this place first in the future. Made our stay with our friends unforgettable.

The location is perfect, we could easily choose where to drive the next day and went different directions every day. You can borrow the chairs and snorkeling from the common area. I loved that you can refill your water bottle with filtered water near the pool. Our room (and I assume all the other ones) had a cooler and beach towels that we could take with us. The host is very polite and she can recommend where to get very tasty macaroons.

It was clean and more than enough for what we wanted. Staff was very kind and helpful. This is not a resort so if you want that, then go somewhere else. They do have some items for the beach you can borrow. Also love that there are no resort and parking fees. There were good restraurants near by also. we would stay again.

Everything from lighting to robes to a fancy Japanese style smart-toilet. And the location is convenient to all of Maui and the view of the water and morning sunrise is stunning. Very much enjoy swimming in the pool and relaxing under the shady trees. Close to shops as well. Not crowded at all.

Our room was cozy, the house is well located, the breakfast was really good, and the staff was helpful and nice. Location is old Wailuku downtown, so everything is run down They have daily activities like snorkeling trips, road to Hana, etc. This place can be a saver if you need a few nights and you don't want to pay the crazy prices in the island.
