The staff at Worley was what made our stay that much more enjoyable, every one of the employees we encountered had a smile on their faces, must be a great place to work😊 The only thing I didn't like was they didn't have a continental breakfast but you can not beat their prices and they do have restaurants on property. I didn't pack a swim suit and wished I had because their indoor pool looked inviting. You will enjoy your stay in Worley...well we did. Thank you Worley!!

    The room was comfortable.

The room was comfortable. I had to rent a microwave for $25.00 a day! Instead of helping me with my handicap they wanted to rent me an automated cart. Charges for everything. No breaks for staying 4 nights.

Springtime is a great time to visit this area, so green with agriculture. Nice place to visit if you want to be away from the hustle-bustle of the big city. It's a short drive to Coeur d'Alene if you need a 'metropolitan-type' atmosphere.

MOTORHOME SPACES, and lots of parking with a shuttle available if needed. We go there every year for many years now.

The restaurants and food availability, quality and service is excellent. There are plenty of service people roaming around to make sure you can get drinks etc. Bingo is huge draw and excellent fun and payouts. The BREAKFAST AND DINNER BUFFETT IS GREAT. GREAT WORLD CLASS GOLF COURSE NEXT DOOR. BIG CLEAN ROOMS, POOL AND GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF.

This trip was to go there for my birthday. What a huge disappointment the hotel was good but the reason we went there was to go to the casino...there was so much SMOKING everywhere except a 50 ft space with 1950s machines so bad my husband and i both have Copd and our lungs were hurting all night. If i had known it was a smoking casino I never would have booked there as a birthday destination.

This hotel is part of a casino resort. Not many gamblers who stay over night get up really early so for us early birds , breakfast is a little lacking. There are things to eat, just not fancy or early. Full breakfast after 8 am is quite expensive. Next time I will bring breakfast stuff to have in the room. The hotel , especially week days, is a good value overall.

We didn't have breakfast anywhere besides the snack bar and it was tolerable. The room was very nice, but it was too far away from the town of Coeur D'Alene. That was my bad, as I just assumed the hotel was in Coeur D'Alene since that was the name of it and somehow missed the fact that it was located in Worley, ID about 20 miles away.

The Coeur d Alene casino has a new SPA hotel. When I was booking I didnt see that as an option. So, I booked a room looking at beautiful photos of rooms, but was apparently booked for the "Original hotel!" I was disappointed as I booked here for my birthday. The original hotel is old and very dated.

Beautiful location in quiet area near Conkling Marina. Wonderful outdoor deck. Great outdoor grill which is clean! Indoors is equally welcoming and accommodating for families or groups with a large kitchen, dining room and gathering areas.

Arrival was nice to be greeted and helpful staff made for a nice overnight! Liked how the Hotel was decorated for the holiday. It was nice to see they have a indoor pool and hot tub even though we didn't use it.

The room was great - comfortable bed, Keurig coffee maker, several restaurants to choose from, nice change from the usual hotel. We've never stayed at a casino hotel before but will do so in the future for sure.

Nice place and staff for wanting to stay and enjoy the casino and not having to drive clear back to town for a hotel, as the price to stay through booking.com were affordable .

My wife got sick during the day and the hotel staff was able to accommodate letting us gain access to the room early so she could lie down. It was a lifesaver!
